COLLECTION DAY: 

Collection days are typically Monday & Thursday, but we understand that problems arise do to sows/gilts coming in early or semen lost in shipping. If you are needing to semen on any other day just give us a call and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Pre Order

Semen orders are filled in the order in which they are received.

Orders may be placed (24/7) on the boar page that you would like to order semen on. We ask that all customers order online if possible so there is NO MISCOMMUNICATION on Date/Boar/ Number of Doses/Shipping Address! When you order online you will receive an email confirmation showing you order has been processed. Also you will receive an email when you order has been shipped with tracking number!

SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped UPS next day unless prior arrangement have been made

UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Next Day Air. Saturday delivery will be more depending on your area. Chad Hill Durocs & Hill Stud are not responsible for any delays in shipments. If you shipment is delayed. Semen will still be good. If you sow or gilt is already standing be sure to let us know and we will put you back on the books for her next heat. Customer will only be responsible for shipping. 

CANCELLATION:

All cancellations must be before 8am CST on the day of collection to make sure semen is available to other customers. If cancellation is not made before 8am CST on the day of collection you will be charged $50.00 fee.

👉🏼We offer Duroc semen at $75/dose. You simply pick the number of doses and we will fill your order with the same high quality boars we use everyday here at the farm.

Boar Tours:

Boar tours are by appointment. We are thrilled to show our boars any chance we get but we also have to be respectful of our customers and we have found it is best to avoid any disruption to the routine on collection days for the boars and the staff. Therefore, we would appreciate avoiding tours on Mondays & Thursdays if at all possible.  Call Chad (806*433*7787) or Misty (936*715*7470) for a boar tour appointment.

Exclusion of Warranty :

Although the use of artificial insemination is very successful, Chad Hill Durocs & Hill Boar Stud cannot control the situations under which the boar semen is used, or applied, and therefore makes no warranties or representations beyond these expressly stated. CH warrants that the product sold is of the upmost quality, good concentration at the time it leaves the facility. CH makes no other guarantees, warranties, representations, either written or oral or implied.

In the event that any semen is damaged/lost in shipment, or proven to be defective, CH will apply a credit to your account at Chad Hill Durocs & Hill Boar Stud for only the amount of semen cost.
